About Us
We Support Neurodivergent Children, Young People & Families in Norfolk
With practical help, community connection, and a long-term vision for Norfolk’s first dedicated Autism Centre.
Who We Are
A Registered Charity Making a Real Difference
Thrive Autism is a registered charity founded in 2024 by Colin Lang MBE and a team of experienced associates. Based in Norfolk, we are dedicated to supporting neurodiverse children and young people aged 0–25, as well as their families and caregivers.
We know that without the right support, many autistic children and their families face isolation, long waiting times for help, and barriers in education and healthcare. Thrive Autism exists to change this — by providing practical support today, and building towards a brighter, more inclusive tomorrow.
“A place where every child feels accepted, valued, and celebrated.”

Community
Our Community
At Thrive Autism, we are more than a charity — we are a community. We bring together children, young people, families, carers, professionals, and volunteers to share experiences, find solutions, and create friendships in a safe, non-judgemental environment.
Get Involved
We have made a strong start, with a committed team of trustees, volunteers, and partners, but we cannot achieve our vision alone. Whether you can donate, volunteer, or partner with us, your support will help change lives across Norfolk and beyond.
Together, we can ensure that every autistic child and young person has the opportunity to thrive.
